Client Admission
GPRA complies with prior knowledge of its clients before beginning the business relationship, so it will carry out prior due diligence. When the client does not facilitate compliance with the relevant due diligence measures, GPRA should not create the account or start the business relationship or should not carry out the transaction, and they may make a suspicious transaction report. (Article 36 of Law 23 of 2015)

Once the client has been admitted, GPRA will comply with all the requirements of the Law under the supervision of the supervisory and/or regulatory authorities, updating its client data at least once a year.
